1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for return.

1.2 Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

2.2 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Return Shipping

5.1 Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.2 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
